Emailing your episodes is one of the easiest ways to grow your show and strengthen your relationship with listeners. Every time you send an episode directly to your audience’s inbox, you bring them back into your ecosystem, increase repeat listens, and create new opportunities for monetization.
From your Station dashboard, click Email Episodes in the left-hand menu.
Toggle the switch to activate episode emailing.
Every time you publish a new episode, Station will prepare an email for your audience.
You can choose what appears beneath your episode in the email:
Add a sponsor from your catalog
Insert sponsor text, image, and link
Use Station-suggested sponsors (if available)
This block is flexible — use it however you want:
Your app
A friend’s podcast
A course
A live event
Merch or a new product
Just upload an image, update the link, and edit the text.
You can turn this block off at any time.
If you already work with sponsors, you can manually add them via your Station Sponsor Catalog and attach them to your episode emails.
Use the Test Email button to preview exactly what your audience will see before you publish the episode.
Your audience gets notified the moment a new episode is live — keeping your show front and center.
Regaining lost listeners is much harder than keeping the ones you have. Episode emails help keep your existing audience active and engaged.
Episode emails are a natural place to:
Add sponsor placements
Promote offers
Drive clicks
Increase impressions and conversions
These emails become a valuable asset for your show.
All opens, clicks, and sponsor engagement appear in your Station analytics.
Use the promo block strategically.
If you don’t have a sponsor this week, promote something you own — an event, a digital product, or a friend’s show. Every email is valuable real estate.
Now that episode emails are set up, explore Tracking Email Performance to see what’s resonating and how to improve your results over time.
